“Gerald and his team built from scratch a brand new home on my property to be used as an Airbnb. I had absolutely no experience in this process and Gerald hold my hand through it. He has an excellent crew dedicated to quality work. He’s very organized and plans ahead. Hence the windows were ordered on time to be delivered when the framing was ready. The plumber and electrician were also ready at each stage of the construction.

Thanks to his sense of planning and organization, we started with the leveling of the ground in September 2018 and we completed the project in March 2019 which I heard is quite unusual in construction.Gerald has also a sense of aesthetic and recommended wood on the high ceiling instead of Sheetrock/drywall and that was the best thing. I get great feedback on it.

When I had issues with the velux he was there helping figuring it out and contacting the vendor making sure the warranty was working. I cannot recommend enough Gerald for your building need.”
